For best results hair should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long (around two to three weeks growth). If hair is too short waxing won’t hold; if too long we will trim before service for an effective wax.

Pain varies by person, but our experienced therapists use fast, precise techniques, high-quality wax and soothing products to minimize discomfort. Deep breathing, skin support and optional numbing products are available to help make the experience more comfortable.

Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid heavy moisturizers, oils or recent tanning. Gently exfoliate 48 to 72 hours before, skip caffeine for comfort, and wear loose clothing. Avoid waxing if you have sunburn, open skin or recent chemical peels.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair cycles and area treated. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hair finer; we recommend maintenance appointments every four to six weeks.

Some medications and topical treatments increase sensitivity or bleeding risk, including blood thinners, oral Accutane or retinoids, and recent steroid or chemical treatments. Please disclose medications at booking; we may recommend patch tests or alternative services for safety.

Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, saunas, intense exercise and sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, wear loose clothing, and hydrate the skin. Start light exfoliation 48 to 72 hours after to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smoothness.
