Get answers to common questions about Ladies Brazilian Sugaring.
Results usually last three to six weeks depending on your hair growth cycle, hormonal changes, and aftercare. With regular sugaring, hair grows back finer and sparser, often extending intervals between appointments as the follicles weaken.
Come with hair about 1/4 inch long; avoid shaving for three weeks. Exfoliate gently two days before, skip lotions or oils on the day, and avoid sun exposure. Communicate concerns with your technician for a comfortable experience.
Many clients find sugaring less painful than waxing because the paste is applied at skin temperature and removes hair in the direction of growth. Discomfort is brief; breathing, relaxing, or topical numbing can ease sensitivity for first-time clients.
Optimal hair length is about 1/4 inch (5–7 mm) so the sugar can grip the hair. Too short hair may not remove well; too long may cause extra discomfort, so we’ll trim if needed before treatment for best results.
Avoid sugaring if you have active skin infections, open wounds, recent sunburn, or are using topical retinoids or strong acne medications. Inform technicians about pregnancy, blood thinners, or recent chemical peels so we can adjust or postpone your Brazilian treatment safely.
Most clients return every three to six weeks depending on personal growth cycles. Consistent scheduling helps weaken follicles, reducing regrowth and discomfort. Your technician will recommend an interval tailored to your hair pattern and desired maintenance for optimal long-term results.
