Exfoliate gently 48 hours before to remove dead skin but avoid harsh scrubs. Ensure hair is about 1/4 inch long for effective removal. Avoid retinoids, aggressive peels, tanning, or blood-thinning medications before your appointment.

Avoid heat, heavy workouts, and sun exposure for 24 hours. Apply soothing aloe or antiseptic cream if needed, and avoid makeup on the area immediately. Exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and promote smooth skin.

Topical retinoids and certain acne treatments increase skin sensitivity and risk tearing; avoid waxing while using them. Stop retinoids at least 5–7 days before your appointment or consult your dermatologist. Always disclose medications during booking so we can advise and schedule safely.
